Precision bearings are industrial components loaded in various applications, self aligning ball bearing pairs of operation and rolling elements, such as raceway, ball or roller, reliable and durable. In fact, more than 99% of rolling bearings can reach their expected service life, even in the most difficult conditions.
Although only a small fraction of the bearings fail in self aligning ball bearing, this is caused by a variety of factors. Exfoliation, pitting, exfoliation, rust, corrosion, creep and distortion can lead to failure; each concern stems from a set of interrelated and preventable causes. Poor lubrication: Lubrication enhancement function, prolong the service life of bearings, but only correct use. Too much or too little grease, mixed lubricants, and contamination can adversely affect the bearings. There is also a "grease lubricated bearings service life", which is the optimum function between the lubrication states. If an engineer does not apply lubricating oil after expiration, it may lead to failure of the bearing.
